Cat-Lap – 11.2% abv Dark sour ale re-fermented with Syrah grapes

Lolliker – 5.9% Brown sour ale re-fermented with raspberries and cranberries

Temporiser – 6.4% abv Golden sour ale generously dry hopped with Cascade and El Dorado

Champagner – 6.3% abv Golden sour ale re-fermented with Malvasia Bianca and Viognier grapes

Brain Saying – 6.1% abv Golden sour ale blend lightly dry hopped with Styrian Goldings

Pie Pusher – 5.9% abv Golden sour ale re-fermented with Montmorency cherry

Darkle – 10.8% abv Dark sour ale aged in a 2nd-use whiskey barrel

Five or Seven – 5.8% abv Golden sour ale re-fermented with purple passion fruit

All our beers are fermented and aged in oak casks for twelve months or more.
