The Details:

The Beer

You will receive twelve 750mL bottles of exclusive beer. Most likely you will receive two bottles each of six flavors. There is also a possibility of more flavors at a rate of one bottle each. In the event of excess production, members will have the opportunity to purchase extra bottles through the tasting room. Member beer release is 3 times a year, 4 bottles per release. Due to the seasonality of fruits and the aging process of the beer, we cannot commit to a specific release schedule.

Pick-up, Shipping, Storage and Trustee

• Pick-up at the tasting room – Any order release may be picked up at the tasting room during normal operating hours.

• Shipping – Members will have the opportunity to have their beer shipped via GSO at an additional cost. We can only legally ship to addresses within California, excluding PO boxes. A signature and government ID of a person 21+ years of age is required to receive delivery.

• Storage – Bottles not picked up or requested to ship within 60 days will be FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND

• Trustee – Club members may name a trustee to pick-up their bottles at the tasting room. The 10% member discount and other benefits do not apply to them.

Other Important Stuff

• Cost for Curios Club 2023 is $250+tax

• You must be 21+ years old to join.

• Only one membership is allowed per person. If a member is found to have multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the unused portions of that person’s membership.

• All beer and merchandise obtained through the Curios Club is intended for personal use and not resale. Resale is cause for membership cancelation.

• All membership sales are final, non-transferable and nonrefundable.

• Club members will have first right to re-enroll in the next year’s club, if we are offering one.

• We reserve the right to cancel a membership and refund any unused portion of that membership at any time for any reason.
